Do you have a Jazz History assignment, but you forgot which websites you were supposed to visit?
Well, that's okay, here they are!
Week 1 Site
The assignment was to follow the directions on the website and tell the class which activity you did.
Week 2 Site
Look up the blues, and listen to some of the music.
Week 3 Site
Look up ragtime and Scott Joplin and listen to his music.
If you go to the library for this, you'll need to ask them to do this at the staff desk, where the speakers are.
Week 4 Site
Do at least one activity in the Jazz Activities Sampler.
For week 5, begin research for your final project. Use any of the three web sites to look for information and to find music you can download or play for the class.
