If you are interested in helping us build our collection, the Hinsdale Public Library has an Amazon.com wishlist that is located here

Currently, we are seeking monetary donations for our building fund. Our building is an important architectural asset, and you can help us restore it. Right now, the Trustees are overseeing the fundraising that will help us replace our windows. We've got a donor's plaque just waiting for your name.

Last year, we had a wonderful success, and together we raised enough money to paint the exterior of the Library. Thanks to everyone that made this possible. Please help us make this year's drive a success.

This year, we will be working to replace the windows in the Library. Replacing the windows will help us save money during the winter, and will be the first big step towards opening a portion of the false ceiling over the adult and teen collection. Having new windows will help to keep our collection safe. Together, we can have a beautiful, efficient building. If you, or someone you know is a licensed insured contractor who is willing to volunteer their time to install the windows, please let us know by calling the Library at 413.655.2303. Thank you!

We never mean any personal offense to a donor, but we reserve the right to refuse a donation. We will not accept materials that are so old that their contents are obsolete, items that are in poor condition, or encyclopaediae. Text books that are no older than five years will be accepted.
Anonymous donations are appreciated.
